By using Groupizo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the site. These terms may be updated from time to time. If we change them, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
2. What Groupizo is (and is not)
Groupizo is a directory. We provide links to WhatsApp groups. We do not own, operate, or moderate any of the groups listed.
Think of us like a phone book. We point you to the group, but we have no control over what happens inside it. Joining any group listed on Groupizo is at your own risk. Groups can change names, topics, or ownership without notice. If a group becomes problematic, you should leave it.
3. User eligibility
You must meet the minimum age requirements set by applicable laws in your jurisdiction to use this site. Groupizo is a directory service. All listings are intended to be appropriate for general audiences.
By using the site, you represent that you meet all applicable eligibility requirements and agree to these terms. If we become aware that a user does not meet these requirements, we may restrict their access.
4. User Conduct and Responsibilities
As a user of our directory, you agree to use the Service in a responsible, ethical, and lawful manner. You are solely responsible for your conduct and for any consequences that arise from your use of the Join Links provided. You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to violating any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
- Engage in any activity that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair the functioning of the Service, such as a denial-of-service attack.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, computer systems, or networks connected to the Service through hacking, password mining, or any other means.
- Use any automated system, including without limitation "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers," to access the Service in a manner that sends more request messages to our servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a conventional on-line web browser.
- Submit group links that are malicious, contain viruses or other harmful code, or lead to phishing websites.
- Violate the terms of service of WhatsApp itself by your actions within any group you join through our Service.
When you join a WhatsApp group, you are expected to behave responsibly. This includes respecting other members, following the rules set by group administrators, and using caution when sharing personal information. Harassment, hate speech, spamming, and distribution of illegal content within groups may result in removal by group admins or action by law enforcement.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the Service is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws of the United States, foreign jurisdictions, and international conventions.
The Content and the Marks are provided on the Service “AS IS” for your information and personal use only. 6. User Submissions
Our Service may allow you to submit WhatsApp Group Join Links for inclusion in our directory ("Submissions"). You acknowledge and agree that your Submissions are non-confidential and non-proprietary. By making a Submission, you grant us an unrestricted, unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, fully-paid, worldwide right, and license to host, use, copy, publicly display, and distribute such Submission for the purpose of operating and promoting our directory.
You warrant and represent that your Submissions do not violate any law or the rights of any third party. We have the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to (1) review, edit, redact, or otherwise change any Submissions; (2) re-categorize any Submissions to place them in more appropriate locations on the Service; and (3) pre-screen or delete any Submissions at any time and for any reason, without notice. We have no obligation to monitor your Submissions, but we reserve the right to do so.
7. Third-Party Websites and Content
The Service is, by its very nature, a collection of links to third-party content (the WhatsApp Groups). The Service may also contain advertisements that link to other websites ("Third-Party Websites"). 11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and your use of the Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the website's primary operations are based, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action of whatever nature brought by either you or us shall be commenced or prosecuted in the state and federal courts located in that jurisdiction, and the parties hereby consent to, and waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens with respect to venue and jurisdiction in such state and federal courts.
