1. The Deal (Agreement to Terms)
Welcome to Groupizo. By hanging out on this site, you're agreeing to these rules. If you don't like them, that's okay—but you have to stop using the site immediately. We're pretty straightforward folks, but these "Terms" are here to make sure everyone stays on the same page.
We might update these rules as we grow, and if we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top. If you keep using the site after that, it means you're cool with the new rules.
2. We Open the Door, We Don't Control the Room
This is the most important part. Groupizo is a directory. We provide links to WhatsApp groups—we don't own them, we don't run them, and we don't moderate what people say once you join them.
Think of us like a phone book. We tell you where the party is, but we're not responsible for what happens at the party. Joining any group is 100% your own risk. Groups can change names, topics, or owners without us knowing. If a group gets weird, just leave. We have zero control over what happens inside WhatsApp.
3. User Eligibility
The Service is intended for users who are thirteen (13) years of age or older. Groupizo is a family-safe directory. We do not list adult, dating, or NSFW groups. All content on our platform is intended to be appropriate for general audiences.
By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet the minimum age requirement and that you agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If we become aware that a user does not meet this requirement, we will take steps to restrict their access where possible.
4. User Conduct and Responsibilities
As a user of our directory, you agree to use the Service in a responsible, ethical, and lawful manner. You are solely responsible for your conduct and for any consequences that arise from your use of the Join Links provided. You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to violating any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
- Engage in any activity that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair the functioning of the Service, such as a denial-of-service attack.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, computer systems, or networks connected to the Service through hacking, password mining, or any other means.
- Use any automated system, including without limitation "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers," to access the Service in a manner that sends more request messages to our servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a conventional on-line web browser.
- Submit group links that are malicious, contain viruses or other harmful code, or lead to phishing websites.
- Violate the terms of service of WhatsApp itself by your actions within any group you join through our Service.
Furthermore, when you join any WhatsApp Group, you agree to be a responsible digital citizen. This includes respecting other members, adhering to the specific rules set by the group's administrators, and exercising extreme caution when sharing any personal information. Harassment, hate speech, spamming, and the distribution of illegal content within these groups are serious offenses, and you may be subject to removal by group admins or action by law enforcement.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the Service is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws of the United States, foreign jurisdictions, and international conventions.
The Content and the Marks are provided on the Service “AS IS” for your information and personal use only. Except as expressly provided in these Terms, no part of the Service and no Content or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission. We do not claim any ownership rights over the names, icons, or content within the third-party WhatsApp Groups themselves; these remain the property of their respective creators and administrators.
6. User Submissions
Our Service may allow you to submit WhatsApp Group Join Links for inclusion in our directory ("Submissions"). You acknowledge and agree that your Submissions are non-confidential and non-proprietary. By making a Submission, you grant us an unrestricted, unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, fully-paid, worldwide right, and license to host, use, copy, publicly display, and distribute such Submission for the purpose of operating and promoting our directory.
You warrant and represent that your Submissions do not violate any law or the rights of any third party. We have the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to (1) review, edit, redact, or otherwise change any Submissions; (2) re-categorize any Submissions to place them in more appropriate locations on the Service; and (3) pre-screen or delete any Submissions at any time and for any reason, without notice. We have no obligation to monitor your Submissions, but we reserve the right to do so.
7. Third-Party Websites and Content
The Service is, by its very nature, a collection of links to third-party content (the WhatsApp Groups). The Service may also contain advertisements that link to other websites ("Third-Party Websites"). Such Third-Party Websites and Third-Party Content are not investigated, monitored, or checked for accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness by us, and we are not responsible for any Third-Party Websites accessed through the Service or any Third-Party Content posted on, available through, or installed from the Service, including the content, accuracy, offensiveness, opinions, reliability, privacy practices, or other policies of or contained in the Third-Party Websites or the Third-Party Content.
Inclusion of, linking to, or permitting the use or installation of any Third-Party Websites or any Third-Party Content does not imply approval or endorsement thereof by us. If you decide to leave the Service and access the Third-Party Websites or to use or install any Third-Party Content, you do so at your own risk, and you should be aware these Terms no longer govern. You should review the applicable terms and policies, including privacy and data gathering practices, of any website to which you navigate from the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE AND YOUR USE THEREOF, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE SERVICE’S CONTENT OR THE CONTENT OF ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO THE SERVICE AND WE WILL ASSUME NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY (1) ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT AND MATERIALS, (2) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SERVICE, (3) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SECURE SERVERS, (4) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE WHICH MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH THE SERVICE BY ANY THIRD PARTY, AND/OR (5) ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT AND MATERIALS OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF ANY CONTENT POSTED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE VIA THE SERVICE.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of: (1) your Submissions; (2) your use of the Service; (3) your breach of these Terms; (4) any breach of your representations and warranties set forth in these Terms; or (5) your violation of the rights of a third party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate, at your expense, with our defense of such claims.
10. Term and Termination
These Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Service. WITHOUT LIMITING ANY OTHER PROVISION OF THESE TERMS, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT NOTICE OR LIABILITY, DENY ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SERVICE (INCLUDING BLOCKING CERTAIN IP ADDRESSES), TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY REASON OR FOR NO REASON, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION FOR BREACH OF ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY, OR COVENANT CONTAINED IN THESE TERMS OR OF ANY APPLICABLE LAW OR REGULATION. WE MAY TERMINATE YOUR USE OR PARTICIPATION IN THE SERVICE OR DELETE ANY CONTENT OR INFORMATION THAT YOU POSTED AT ANY TIME, WITHOUT WARNING, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and your use of the Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the website's primary operations are based, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action of whatever nature brought by either you or us shall be commenced or prosecuted in the state and federal courts located in that jurisdiction, and the parties hereby consent to, and waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens with respect to venue and jurisdiction in such state and federal courts.
12. Miscellaneous
These Terms and any policies or operating rules posted by us on the Service constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms operate to the fullest extent permissible by law. We may assign any or all of our rights and obligations to others at any time. If any provision or part of a provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision or part of the provision is deemed severable from these Terms and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. There is no joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship created between you and us as a result of these Terms or use of the Service.
